Hi, I’m Pari, and I’m glad you’re here.

Therapy is a space for growth, self-discovery, and meaningful change. My approach is rooted in both compassion and honesty, creating a supportive environment where challenges can be explored with curiosity rather than judgment. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but with the right tools, self-awareness, and support, navigating these challenges becomes more manageable.

I work with individuals navigating life’s transitions—whether it’s the shift into adulthood, career uncertainty, relationship challenges, or simply trying to figure out who you are and what you want. Many of my clients are managing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or major life changes while striving to build confidence, resilience, and a sense of stability. Together, we work toward clarity and self-trust, using practical strategies alongside deeper self-exploration.

I am also committed to providing an LGBTQ+ affirming space where you can feel safe, respected, and valued.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Strength-Based Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Humanistic Therapy. This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs—whether that means developing coping strategies, processing past experiences, or gaining clarity about your goals and values.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota, I am dedicated to fostering an environment where clients feel both supported and empowered.
